I charge £30 for a one hour session of tutoring.

Payments can be made through:

• Bank transfer

You will receive an invoice with payment details after scheduling your lessons - payment is required 24 hours before the session to secure the booking.

I tutor students from a variety of ages, abilities and needs and welcome anyone looking to improve their English skills. Lessons are tailored to every learner, whether that is preparing for exams, learning English as an additional language, or needing a boost with your study skills.

Lessons take place online using Zoom. Once payment has been received you will be sent a Zoom link which will allow you to access the lesson. Typically, a lesson will involve checking recall of past learning, completing a range of interactive activities, and reviewing the progress made in the lesson. After the lesson you will be sent a copy of the work completed during the session, a summary of the progress made, and any next steps that would be useful to work on between lessons.

You will need an email address and a way of accessing Zoom. While use of a computer or laptop is preferrable, it is completely possible to use a tablet or phone although this may limit some of the activities that it is possible to do.

Before booking a paid session, I recommend arranging a free consultation. This is a perfect opportunity to test out using Zoom, discuss your learning goals, and ask me any questions you have about tutoring.

Absolutely, if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson please notify me at least 24 hours in advance and I will always aim to accommodate you where I can. Please note that cancellations made with less 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the lesson fee.
